I ordered three items from this company and received them before the date it said I would. One of the items arrived in the wrong size, it was supposed to be the 36” and I received a 19”. My kid was very disappointed and I contacted them about getting the size I ordered. They wanted me to ship back the wrong one but I don’t have a printer to print out the return label or any desire to take the time out to ship something back. I told them I would just keep the one I was sent. I didn’t ask for a refund of the difference but they sent a refund of the price difference anyway. Their items are as pictured, brightly colored and well made. I would absolutely recommend buying from them and probably will at some point re-order the three foot Dino my kid wanted.
